Pasta

Pasta is usually made from hard wheat semolina (Triticum durum) and water. In some cases, it also includes eggs. Major pasta categories are: spaghetti, ravioli, rigatoni, penne, lasagna, tagliatelle, linguine, fusilli, tortellini, and macaroni.
